First option is avaliable right upon interacting it.Ifan-ben Mezd has two special interactions with Lucians statue.This option is safe to use if Lohse is pure. Second option is available when the statue asks "Does Thou Respect The Soul".This option will cause the statue to repeat its question.
First option appears when the statue asks Lohse "Does Thou Kill".Lohse has two special interactions with Lucians statue.The Godwoken has to gain the Source Amulet and Scroll of Atonement from Toy Maker Sanders.This section is missing, please fill it in. Note: It is possible to achieve this route by having a mercenary answer the questions. It is possible to gain source by taking puddles (including those that show up next to bodies) or source fountains.This especialy includes the Godwokens God as part of the quest Powerful Awakening. The Godwoken must not use the Source Vampirism ability.This especially includes becoming Sworn (accepting Covenant as Undead or as Fane).It is also possible to have an Incarnate destroy crates/barrels of deathfog placed by the Godwoken in order to kill enemies.It is possible to lure enemies to surfaces not created by the Godwoken (this includes surfaces placed by the Godwoken via Terrain Transmutation, as long as the character walks onto / into the surface independent of the Godwoken's influence).It is possible to use summoned creatures to kill enemies.It is possible to harm any of the aforementioned however the last (deadly) blow must not be dealt by a Pure character (this includes damage dealt via Retribution stat).You must not kill anyone, including Voidwoken and summoned creatures.You can move objects that do not belong to you, picklock doors, enter hatches you are not allowed to, and even pickpocket/open containers marked red, so long as no item enters your inventory.You must not take any item that does not belong to you.Should Godwoken release Deathfog upon Arx, as part of the quest Deathfog Rising, they will all be automatically marked as Impure thus failing the Path of Blood and making it impossible to pass it via Pure method. In order to pass its judgement one must meet the following criteria pertaining to the questions. The Pure Path revolves around answering the questions asked by the Simulacrum of Lucian. Find a source amulet and scroll of atonement.Have pure character and answer all questions.There are two ways of passing the Path of Blood and gaining access to the Crypt of Lucian. Should the visitor pass all the questions, without lying, they will be called "Pure", receive Lucian's blessing and an entrance to the the Crypt of Lucian will reveal itself and open. Should visitor fail to meet the criteria or attempt to lie about their sins, they will be called Impure and killed. The statue will ask them whether they are ready to answer its four questions. In order to progress the visitor must adress the Simulacrum. Those that do enter the Path are met with the Simulacrum of Lucian, a golden statue of the Divine turned towards the entrance gate which locks itself the moment a visitor enters the Path. In spite of the priests warnings and the reputation there are few pilgrims every year who attempt to walk the Path, since there are rumours that those who will pass the judgement, will become the next Divine.

However most priest discourage this knowing that those who walk the Path and are not free from sin are met with swift death. Besides its defensive purpose, the statue is used as an idol by worshippers of the Divine, to which they pray during the holiday known as Lucian's Day in order to find out whether they are pure or not. The Path of Blood is a central part of the Arx Cathedral and the first line of defence of Lucians body. Built and designed by Toymaker Sanders and Lord Arhu who oversaw the construction.
