I asked if they would allow me to use the money that I paid towards a service, and I was given the same answer. That they do not accept Groupons anymore and I will have to go to Groupon for a refund. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!! Whether you are a public or private establishment, have had issues in the past, or whatever… you need to honor what you advertise or offer.
